We work with athletes of ALL ages. From 6 years of age to professional athletes, The Pistokache Training Facility can help you.

The max amount of athletes we will work with during a training session is 8. We have found this to be the max number we can train while still giving everybody our undivided attention.

Each training session is 1 hour long.

There are six foundational movement patterns that we believe every single athlete should be able to develop, load and master.
Squat
Hip Hinge
Lunge (Single Leg)
Push (Upper Body)
Pull (Upper Body)
Loaded Carry
That being said, our training sessions are built around mastering these 6 essential movements while also training for speed, agility, and quickness.

All you need to bring is athletic clothes, athletic shoes, and a positive attitude! We provide water and towels if needed.

Yes, athletes from different sports are taking place in the training sessions. Exercises are tailored for each athletes sport and needs.

Once you purchase your training package, it must be completed within a month's time span. For example, if you sign up on Feb 15th you have until March 15th to complete all sessions. Training sessions DO NOT roll over with the exception of medical illness or injury.
