We work with athletes of ALL ages. From 6 years of age to professional athletes, The Pistokache Training Facility can help you.

The max amount of athletes we will work with during a training session is 5. We have found this to be the max number we can train while still giving everybody our undivided attention.

Each training session is 1 hour long.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional training sessions. Generally each training session will be based around 4 main principles.

For your training session we recommend wearing athletic clothes and basketball shoes if possbile. You do not need to bring a basketball, water, or a towel. We provide all three.

Once you purchase your training package, it must be completed within a month's time span. For example, if you sign up on Feb 15th you have until March 15th to complete all sessions. Training sessions DO NOT roll over with the exception of medical illness or injury.
